Decent health insurance at a reasonable price, great amount of PTO, Vista break every 5 years, volunteer time.

When I do a project successfully and my stakeholder takes my recommendations and they work to increase customer satisfaction.

The leadership team at Vista keeps all the employees informed about company goals and are transparent on company performance and vision.

I love the groups the company has invested in, like our Mental Health Alliance, who have activities and resources for keeping mental health positive.

I get to talk to people all over the world from all different cultures. The company is always asking for feedback in order to improve.

We are all willing to help each other out. We have regular meetings for anyone that needs help on any project, and we all answer quick questions very quickly.

My team are all willing to help each other out, with where to find data and information, how to do a project, critiques about work. And they all care about everyone else as a person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing what I love best, working with data. I have a good mix of routine tasks and large projects. My supervisor cares and talks to each of us weekly and really wants all of us to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off starts at 3 weeks and goes up each year from there. Every 5 years we get a "Vista Break" where we get an additional 4 weeks off to recharge. I think it shows how much Vista cares about retaining their employees and keeping up their energy.
