I joined Vista 5 years ago, many changes happened in the team and my responsibilities but Vista helped me evolve and grow. I learned a lot, I grew a lot and got many opportunities to evolve as a person and employee. I have access to unlimited online courses and have the possibility of choosing path.

The transparency and the work they did on the Key Results we want to achieve as a company and the stategy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am in a better position now but I have received some offers with higher compensation and for the same responsibilities. I love my work at Vista this is why I am not changing company but some work on compensation equity would help.
