Everyone on my team is an SME in their area. Very open, engaging, willing to share knowledge, and supports one another.

The work I get to do and the people I get to work with make me very happy. I love my job!

There are so many ways to get connected even in a remote setting. Everyone is very kind, supportive, and committed to the success of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value and encourage innovation and team members taking initiative across the org. You can truly see how passionate the ELT is about being a strategic and thoughtful partner to small businesses globally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help with an issue and demonstrates high IQs and EQs. Because we are remote we have to be very intentional about building relationships and they tend to feel more genuine with stronger connections.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many ways to get involved even within a remote setting. Also, it's great having the option to come together for in-person team building and collaboration. I also really enjoy being a part of a culture that promotes working asynchronous and nonlinear schedules.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm able to have a flexible schedule so I can attend my child's activities at school or take an elderly parent to the doctor's office, or step away from my computer screens and enjoy a nice walk in my neighborhood during the day. It's great that the company promotes work-life harmony.
