What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best part is that they are approachable. Though I don't see the same enthusiasm for their people from all the C-suite execs. Few of them are really invested while others are not. You will know it when you talk to them, it is so evident
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that we do not pay like other big fish tech companies, but the salary of long-tenured employees in Non-tech functions really needs to be looked at. Now that more legislation around pay transparency is coming up, I see that for my role and skills, the gap is around 50%, which is a lot.
