Values put into actions, fostering internal team care, motivating through meaningful insights of context.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility, warm atmosphere, possibility to suggest improvements that are actually collectively assessed and integrated in the roadmap when they make sense.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible scheduling in full remote, access to continuous learning platform. Health insurance is fully paid, which is better than what is required by law in France where I work. The selected insurance is not the best I have been subscribed in my carrier though.
