They are very approachable, they care about communicating progress on our goals and about building relationships with team members.

Our team is diverse and inclusive! We have lots of different cultures and nationalities and everybody can share their perspectives and ideas!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's multicultural environment, very flexible when it's about working hours. People wise, everybody is super friendly and approachable at all levels. I also like that the company cares about team members' wellbeing and mental health. This is a really good think for wok-life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Career progression. I had the opportunity to move from an individual contributor position to a people manager role. People. I also love my team and the people I work with. Remote set up. It gives me a lot of flexibility in setting my day to day work and personal schedule.
