What does the leadership team need to get better at?

treat employees with respect/ pay us better/ we are the customer facing employees and are worsr treated. Stop harrassing agents about sick time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I do not want to be harrassed or threathened over my sick time usage ... VP is the reason why my sick time is delpleted

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In the eraly days , I used to look forward to waking up early and being in the building. Since the Pandemic management as been terrible to WFH agents

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not received a raise in more than 6 yrs. My job scope increases and the pressure of being an agent increases but the pay does not increase
