What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are human and approachable; I have personally had conversations with Robert and Florian. This must be incredibly painful for them, but engaging in small talk is fantastic that our CEO takes the time to hear me out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is agile and engaged; we take each day in stride, laugh at our problems, and push each other to work through them. Our ability to use humor to manage stress helps to keep down pressure, which allows us to keep the quality of our output high.
