What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and welcoming. Also, they display teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is reliable. We can definitely count on them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the cost of living, the compensation instruction is not sufficient to help us in today's society. As I am appreciative, I believe that Vistaprint can do better for us agents. Only managers and support staff making something average and we are not, yet we are doing the most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vistaprint tries their best to let us feel at home. As much they are stressing days, they make the environment relaxing. However, all that is being taken away from us now, due to the amount of restrictions. We can't even watch a video. You are losing you relax environment and make it feels uuncomfy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well, it's just the money and the atmosphere. Now it's getting too restricted and it feels like it affecting most people's peace of mind. which is bad, we could have fun at work now, but we cant even play a few games while waiting on a contact. The company is operating like the regular call center
