We communicate with each other effectively, share our concerns, and debate respectfully with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement team does their best to keep us excited for work and participating events
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide honest feedback that assists you in growing as a person and within the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is my health care plan. I am now able to afford the necessities I wasn't able to before. Especially with being partially visually impaired.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no sense of motivation, I get to work all I hear about are numbers and how we are not meeting them and no one wants to show up for constant bashing and beating, while we do understand it is a business if the employees are not motivated, what makes you think they would want to do the work?
