Helps with getting through the tough situations and the constant changes.

The level of care that was shown by leaders prior is no longer displayed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot. To many changes. Leaders don't understand or appreciate lower level works and there is no room for upward mobility in the organization,

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

A lot! Change is inevitable but changing what works hinders growth. The team seems to be deliberately making changes to frustrate both customers and employees.
