Our current compensation does not match the level of work we are expected to provide.

We look out for each other and try to have fun while doing our best to meet the company targets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am no longer excited about getting to work. There are too many changes happening at once and the period is too short to grasp all this knowledge intake. I suggest introducing these changes in stages where it is better to accept.
