lot of new rules, very quickly which is stressful to employees

pressure from the manager, and supervisor to meet kpi but resources make it hard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we do a wide range of things such as graphic design and soft sales but there is no opportunity to make money from doing those things. getting the same pay year after year with no option of making extra is disappointing.
