I have been a Loyal and Hard-working employee who has LOVED working at vista, I have been recognized for many achievements over the years. But at the same time have faced discrimination over pay and since the most recent re-org been told that I would never advance which has impacted my mental health

overworked, anxious about daily change requests and ever-changing expectations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to hire more people leaders who truly care about their teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some new leaders lack vision, in some cases, Domain LT has been assigned domains where they have zero experience and knowledge.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Long-term vision and strategy need a serious re-think. Poor planning and execution have increased the workload, while annual restructuring and layoffs have only contributed to low employee morale and retention.
