NO ONE LISTEN, SPECIALLY TO SENTEMENTS THAT FRONT LINERS HAVE LIKE FAILING WEBSITE. UNFAIR METRIC AND BOSSES WHO CONDUNT FGD's BUT NO ACTIONS
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They must become more adept at comprehending workers. These higher-ups don't seem to care about the welfare of their staff; all they seem to care about is getting the numbers right.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Internal communication, particularly between the web developer and the care staff, needs to be improved. The website's developers are making the lives of the service teams extremely difficult, and it truly reflects what customers are going through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really can't tell right after JM left the company it literally turns out to be number focus company. I mean i get it we need to pass our score, there is no compassion and sympathy any more
