Not the best but not the worst
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to promote happiness by conducting engagement activities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and better implementation and alignment of rules / processes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The job is stressful, but the scorecard as well is a bit unfair, that's what makes it hard,
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is resilient and works really hard. I love the fact that as a unit, we can excel. Our team is respectful and values friendship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of the moment, I can't think of any, but I sure know that the compensation is not enough especially from the stress that we experience from the scorecard, the management, the information and the customers.
