For someone who has worked with other organizations, I can confidently say that Vista knows how to take care of its employees. I have peers who have been waiting for a job opening so they can make the best decision of their lives as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is within the market standard. Comparing what I'm getting versus my value outside Vista, I can definitely say that I am paid really well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My most favorite Vista behavior is "Obsess over our Customers and creators" which gives autonomy to every employee to do what is right for the customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ever changing landscape of customer satisfaction is very challenging. This keeps me occupied and happy at the same time esp if issues were resolved and we got positive feedback from customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I can say is that the environment makes people stay in a company and that's unique to Vista. No doubt that we still have a lot of employees who have been with the company since day 1.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unlike other organizations where the leadership team is not felt, in Vista our leaders are just one message or call away. Different channels have been formed to ascertain that updates will be sent across the agent level aside from weekly touchbase with team leaders to identify emerging issues.
