My overall experience has been mostly great, I work with some amazing people who do care and will work together to make this company better. My expectation from here is that Vistaprint will take our feedback and consider better compensation options and more training for the new work flow

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What was positive about the culture was how engaged we were and comfortable with each other, the environment was a safe space. Also, as employees we could look forward to awesome benefits and rewards for our hard work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard each day and perform above and beyond only to get a paycheck that is insufficient to cover my basic needs. I appreciate Vista for trying harder and implimenting the recognition part of it and providing global rewards. However, Vista Montego Bay needs to revise compensation
