Generally positive, as I enjoy working with my colleagues and feel relatively fairly compensated. The biggest negative revolves around turnover/lack of career advancement opportunities (some due to COVID, understandably), and a lack of Sr. Leadership (gap between Sr. Managers and Exec Team)
