What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great dynamic working together for the most part. The manager for our department does a great job getting us interacting and bonding during this pandemic
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team do attempt to provide greater clarity of the job/ tasks to be done and getting us aligned and somewhat motivated to meet the company's goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe I am fairly compensated at my level. I believe I have worked hard and gone beyond what is ask of me at time and always getting the work done , meeting spur of the moment request etc.
