What are some of the best things about your team?
Good, talented people with the right intentions that work hard day and and day out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be genuine people that are trying their best to move the company forward
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the last few years house, grocery and gas prices have increased significantly or doubled while our salaries have essentially remained the same. Allowing folks to work from home could offset some of that by reducing transportation costs. In the plants however working from home carries stigma.
