All white males. Kidding. I like that they are not scared of change and that they treat employees as the company's most valuable resource.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have benchmarks with a few friends in the industry and I am the absolute lowest for where I am in my career. Mere 3-4% merit increases every year or two are not enough to counter the missed opportunity cost of going to a new company.
