What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CFO has been our leader for a long time, so his consistency and understanding of vision and expectations is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we have consistently compensated our team members to the lowest level of the acceptable market range. We should be compensating those we want to retain with a higher level of base cash compensation as an incentive as well as more routine career/promotion discussions.
