I left Vistaprint to pursue an opportunity at a startup. Spent the whole time at the startup comparing things to Vistaprint. When the startup failed after two years, I was able to rejoin Vistaprint. There is positive energy here and I am happy to be back.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are organized into small autonomous squads. We operate within guardrails to deliver our software as we decide but still have support of company wide resources so we don't have to reinvent the wheel.
