I've been dissatisfied with ever changing managers. I've had 4 in 18 months. I feel like I have to start over proving myself over and over. I've watched less experienced and less talented people get promoted around me. I haven't been promoted in 8 years, yet people that collaborate compliment me.

I like that they have created an ambitious future vision.

I feel that my salary is competitive in my field.

Being included in decision making and being rewarded for a good well done

I think the transformation of our site and the excitement of the future site experience is positive.

My team is talented in our field, thoughtful and generally will do anything to ensure we deliver on projects.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm getting more frustrated by the top-down management style. I'm expected to do what my new manager says without question. He is allowed to lead without data and proving his hypothesis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that not just me but everyone's scope has increased since the pandemic and the new ambitious future vision but little increases in compensation. I'm also seeing new employees come that are making higher saleries.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are in a transformation period and the new leadership is lacking trust in anyone that has worked here longer than them. I have 20 years of external and vistaprint experience in my field, my new manager doesn't not have the same domain and industry knowledge and he disregards my decision making.
