
With the new decentralized model, as a central team, there is so much feedback that you need to get across markets and product LOB's. Any decision I make in an effort to move quickly (and where I have leadership alignment), I'm constantly ping'd by GM's about how to involve more people.
Promotions are not standardized across my organization (mrktng). It's not clear why some people are getting promoted, and others are not. Just last quarter, I was trying to promote someone on my team, found out from my executive I was a week late and missed a quarterly process I didn't know existe
