It's a great company with lots of awesome leaders and great individual contributors. I wish there was more flexibility to bring on new highers for back fills or just new open roles that are so necessary on our team (it seems like we have lost a lot of people recently).
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my manager and just my team in general.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have flexibility to take off time when I need to and there isn't a ton of blockages by waiting for approvals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about what they are planning and what they expect from the LOBs. I also like that there are regular updates from them via email, in blog posts, and in video recordings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that everyone works really hard and we get along. We do a pretty good job on our team listening to each other and giving everyone a chance to speak and provide their feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just like that there isn't any tolerance for people to have a platform to be condescending or judging of others. We are all expected to treat one another equitably and with respect and understanding.
