General unclarity about what to be doing and what is coming next.
Good personalities that encompass a wide range of backgrounds working towards a similar goal and all experiencing the same problems.
I feel as though while I am paid fairly, I have no chance of career growth and we are told we need to "expand our scope" to gain a promotion. So we do expand our scope and then when we revisit, we need to keep expanding our scope. It seems the goalposts are always moved.
