I appreciate the work, the culture and the overall experiences in the company. The only thing that I would like to see happening is change in the technology stack PR levels that would increase the chances of people getting promoted. There is a certain stagnation in financial growth.

The satisfaction of work well done! Knowing that my work improves customers experience on the website.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison with a coworker on a same position I know I am making tens of thousands less. Compensation increase will definitely make me feel better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the events organized before pandemic helped me broaden my horizons. I feel like vistaprint is a place of many cultures and we've made it a habit of celebrating that. I have learned a lot and become a better human!
