The company really tried to be fair instead of thinking only of themselves and the bottom line

Hard working, very personable, helpful in training, patient, I really enjoy them and think they are actually good people

My team seems to have a good handle on work-life balance. I think the company at large could do better in this way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reality of the role does not match the job description. The role is far more technical. It should be compensated as a technical role, and raises should be more generous given all the extra that is being asked of the role.
