Open communication and different platforms to communicate on. Always willing to help

We all can take a joke and learn about each others interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not really a live company culture but great to be able to participate on other interest of mine with team members from different departments across the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary should be at least meet state minimum even if there are other alternative methods of generating income. Offering OT opportunities to make up for lower base salary.
