Very positive overall, but after several years here I am struggling to see opportunities for further development and promotion. It is also difficult to solve larger challenges when too many squads/teams operate in "silos" and are not "connecting the dots" to solve larger challenges/problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vistaprint seems to make an honest attempt at communicating openly with the organization and providing employees with the tools and benefits they need to effectively do their job. They also provide nice benefits that enable employees to be somewhat flexible in how they work.
