I love the enthusiasm of the team. There is a lot to do but we move slow, even though days are packed with work. I like that I learn a lot, but it requires much concentration. It's hard to free up time for concentrated work, I often do that outside office hours. Remote first is nice but isolated.

I like the open, positive and international environment of Vistaprint. I can be who I am.

It's not in the compensation package, but I value the work/live balance that Vistaprint offers the most.

We are all super enthusiastic to make a success of the initiatives that we take on. The team is very open and supportive. It's an international team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show genuine interest in the teams and local activities. They are invested to grow Vistaprint. Not only for the sake of profit, but also as they want to build an iconic brand that we can all be proud of.
