Positivity & encouraging atmosphere at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No variable or bonus pay i.e. nearly whole package amount (except PF etc) is take-home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are helpful & approachable. They are always there for you whenever you need them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every one treat everybody else equally. There is no discrimination based on gender, culture etc things. Work atmosphere is positive all the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way our management & executive team have managed all the activities during such a pandemic situation is really commendable. They have taken atmost care of employees and also tried to improved business post lockdown. This is really a great job.
