What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not sure what our compensation package is.

The health insurance is the vest in my opinion. Especially if you have kids under 18.

Insurance and 401k also being able to sell back half of your vacation time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current compensation does not equal the amount of work that is placed upon me. Being practically the only person to help out three other departments

I like the positivity of the people within our company. There are some bad apples, but things always work out eventually.
