The brains behind the operation needs to clean house under himself. Hire people below himself that shares his beliefs. These people don't give opportunities to anyone but those they perceive to be mostly not black
Company is implementing a structured hybrid schedule with assigned dated for in office attendance and not offering any work remote options and limited flexibility when needing to work remotely "with good reason" and manager discretion.

get better sales managers for National Accounts, some are good, but half are just as bad, only care about themselves, not their employees

at this point there is no fix. They chose to eliminate all of their seasoned sales folks and hire part time replacements. This is a company that sells industrial supplies, you need to know the products and their applications. It takes on average, 5 years to really learn the products.

More healthy work environment. More communication
We take call after call and only get 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 min lunch. If we go more then 1 minute being on aux after a call out manager tells us to get back on even if we still have to notate and aren’t ready for another call. It would be great to get a breather in somewhere!
