This job is a hudge pay cut from my previous job. Management will not listen to experience.
other companies have the same role for more base pay. Grainger while in an attempt to be competitive offered a raise of 10 cents. In this role they do not allow negotiations in pay.

The brains behind the operation needs to clean house under himself. Hire people below himself that shares his beliefs. These people don't give opportunities to anyone but those they perceive to be mostly not black
Company is implementing a structured hybrid schedule with assigned dated for in office attendance and not offering any work remote options and limited flexibility when needing to work remotely "with good reason" and manager discretion.
