Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Been with Walmart 8 years now. Always told I’ve been one of the better workers by my managers but it doesn’t mean a thing when they take days away from you to make room for new hires who don’t ever show up. And once they call off their points get taken care of right away. It’s so frus

More staffing. Not being thrown every which direction to cover different departments.

We need an increase for our salary to overcome the inflation time.

I would feel more valued if my opinions mattered and I was paid reasonable to competitors

No I don't feel undervalued

I have not received a raise in 3 years no one can tell me why, ethics, open door but always directed to store HR who says look into it and avoids me

I spent 6 months with 1 other person doing work that is now done by at least 3 people; when I could no longer perform at that level due to repeated stress injury and burnout, I was brought into an office and asked how 'we' could get me back to working like I had been. Better management is needed.

Long term associates don't get paid as well as new hires and no compensation for them as minimum wage increases

An hourly wage that reflects the performance expectations, physical demands, and multitasking skills required for the position. It is crucial to ensure that compensation accurately reflects the value and contributions of an employee who consistently meets or exceeds expectations.

I feel there not there for the working poeple

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay.Compliments on jobs well done cost if living increase.Compensation for those if us that speak other languages than English.Better holiday foods for celebrations on all shifts. One day we had Coco only No cookies. No snack trays of cheese, crackers or fruit.A better choice of caters for all

I'm not aware if stock or benefits .Employees that speak multiple labges should get paid a little more.I always thought I was getting paid 20 dollars an hour. There should be a cost if living clause do to the economy.Food prices are up and so are the rental properties. Some workers speak no English .

Our General Manager and the Coaches below her blame the employees for the failure of the Deptford Club when they should be introspective on who's to blame for team failure and an atmosphere of putting employees down , not supporting them, and never telling them a positive action that they have done!

Paying cashiers a fair wage would help. The cashiers do every job and get paid the least out of any other employee in the store.

Review from Sales Dept

To hire nee employees and for disciplinary actions are taken for those who are slacking at the job

Allow me to extend my training to other departments.

Pay that equates the work I do, and having a day off that I want that the person I replaced had.

If people cared what I said to them, like me telling them I didn't get any paperwork

I was not paid enough for what i did. Brought in more business by doing a great job doing cakes! Before i started they had a terrible reputation in Cedartown for doing crap cakes. I was told this by the person that hired me. His name was Danny.

Review from Sales Dept

pay is too low to survive in this economy, management barely talks to employees unless it is to complain about something, no appreciation shown
