I feel I can bring happiness to the customers and promote the sales and find the items they are looking for with showing them that they are important

money always make me happy

Review from IT Dept

Having that Interaction with other employees

Review from Sales Dept

The brand and the team

Working and interacting with customers.

Money. At least i get paid the bare minimum to do the absolute most.

my friends, or getting off of work

accomplishing what I need to accomplish

When everyone in the team works positively and with respect to eachother and supportive

A happy enviroment with positive people

method of working and the conversation with the higher Managers

Thinking about being independent overall

I haven't been happy at work for a long time

The opportunities to do anything you want.

Review from Operations Dept

My pay is ok to live a little comfortably

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They are just not very caring

The company as a whole needs to have better plans

The front end team leads need to be rotated out of the front end.

I always hear people complain that they can never find an employee to ask a question. You almost never see employees smiling or being helpful.

Leadership team and the ability to help employes

Appreciate your good workers at work who work hard

Management should treat employees better.

Having a better manager who makes work a fun learning experience rather than constant anxiety and stress that im not doing my job right

Walmart doesnt care about their customers. They cant even answer their phones most of the time!!!!

Review from Sales Dept

When looking at applicants for higher positions of management they should have a criteria that they should go by before promoting somebody to a higher position. Because some people cannot comprehend how to do the job properly and get the position anyways

Realistic freight run time how can you turn 10hrs of work to 5

The company takes better care of there associates, the associates enjoyes there work and takes better care of the customer , the customer feels welcome and spent more money

Customers are finding the experiences with associates terrible. No sides to blame but management. Workers are overworked and having constant policy change keeping the work enviroment unstable and stressful rubbing off on employee/customer interactions.

Desperately needed work to support family worked thru college took 10 yrs and got nothing but S### on while certain people get handed opportunities

Not enough cashiers because they keep cutting hours

Over 75% of my customers do not and will not use a self checkout. They have said that this nation complains about the unemployment rate but the self checkout take jobs from people.

EVERYTHING. At this point corporate is so greedy I don't think they really care to improve anything because it would take to much money outta their pockets, they would have to for go their 30 day European 5star vacation this year. If comments like this doesn't wake you up nothing will

Invest some of the corporate GREED in your associates pockets for starters

The customers complain about everything

Walmart is all about appeasing shareholders profits. They do not make decisions based on the community they are serving. Walmart is too big a company and employs too many people to run the business the way they do. scaling down salaried responsibility instead of chasing numbers would be more solid.
