give more benefits, team leads actually lead, coaches actually boost morale, not forcing employees have to use vacation time when there is a holiday to keep their normal days off.

making Walmart a place people aren't always trying to look for a way out. The training for new people is subpar and your rarely feel supported. The only feedback you get is negative. When team leads are in a bad mood, it causes us all to be thrown off our game. It's like a twisted version of H.S

Tech teams make anywhere between 25-75% more than business counterparts. Business runs the show. That math doesn't make sense.
I feel undervalued due to the fact they don't place people in areas most suited for them based on past work history. Or when we have a completely legitimate concern, it's brushed to the side. It frustrating & insulting. on the FL. we deal with the people and suggest ways to make things run better.

Been with Walmart 8 years now. Always told I’ve been one of the better workers by my managers but it doesn’t mean a thing when they take days away from you to make room for new hires who don’t ever show up. And once they call off their points get taken care of right away. It’s so frus
More staffing. Not being thrown every which direction to cover different departments.
Most that work at Walmart are genuinely good people that won't make it more than a month anywhere else. This is the G league.
Tired of doing other peopel's jobs
They need to learn to stick to a task and complete it rather than clocking in and talking all day
They make us do a walmart dance before meetings like we are in elementary school.
In three years not one store meeting. And management needs to step up and be a better example
Care about your employees and their personal time also give paid holidays so we dont have to use our slowly accrued pto bucket
Hire people with work ethics, and bump up the pay rate. Also if the employee is bilingual they need to get paid for that too

Since this Walmart does not care about retention it focuses wearing down their employees to the point they can no longer function physically, then they will just hire the next drug addict teenager.

Telling the truth about scheduling and expectations would be an improvement.
Touching more specific points of interest for the worker
To show more at the interview prosses and be there for the new ones they hire
Review from Sales Dept
the leaders don't actually lead and they take away benefits more than getting better ones

the entire store is in shambles honestly. poor management from the coaches and store managers. We also do not have enough supplies and equipment in the store to get half of the things done. #2484
Hire experienced coaches and team leads as well experienced staff. Professionals don't want to feel that they are working at a High School.

They are just not very caring
The company as a whole needs to have better plans
the hours and insurance for lower ranking employees
To be treated with respect and Dignity . Give back our bonuses.

Pay should be commensurate with the industry if not better, we can't keep good people

More explanations of direction given to associates.
Fair compensation based on actual work performance and attendance, not whether you're a warm body or not.
