Review from HR Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There's more to life than buying customers with display ads.

Quality of furniture, return policies

Review from Customer Support Dept

Rules regulations through out all shifts

No leadership, just a marketing facade about culture. Rotten ethics to the core.

Pay employees a fair compensation

Wayfair is so focused on innovation and profit that they forget to debug and optimize. The large parcel network needs a huge overhaul, and leadership needs to show they value employees not just say it to appease frustration.

Pay attention to how the front line trainers, supervisors are being treated

Review from Operations Dept

reduce influence of eu supply chain team

Review from Product Dept

the performance ranking system leaves a lot of room for subjectivity. I think that there can be more directed goals for each level specific to each team. there doesn't need to be a uniform ranking system across the whole company

Review from Operations Dept

The lack of support to retain assistant managers and other key team members, and trying to deal with a fast paced environment. Also ranking team members against each other seems like a terrible way to build a team/company first atmosphere. I think it's backward thinking.

Safety and meal premium violations. No need to brieb the associate to keep hush with monthly safety raffle of free furniture. They profit both by saving on displsing the items and keeping the injured associates hushed. If their is a reported injury the raffle is cancelled until the following month.

Review from Operations Dept

Too much politics and lack of clear vision makes it difficult to focus and make an impact. There’s also a boys club culture and agency mod

Demotivated people, many stay only for money. Ideas are not shared. People feel unappreciated. -> Listen to people, let them implements the ideas in form of experiments. This may lead to significant improvements that would benefit everyone. Give purpose and a direction.

Review from Product Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Review from Sales Dept

Work from home policy, base pay increase, commuter expenses paid and clear vision.
