People care! We have fun. We thoughtfully challenge each other and the status quo. We are constantly learning, getting curious, and finding opportunities to build something new and make improvements. We strive for quality over quantity and thinking like a business owner. We collaborate effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are humble, transparent, and operate with a mindset that is open to new ideas and learning opportunities. At the same time, they present clear rationale for their decision making that's based in doing what's best for our people and customers. That care drives loyalty and growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team has done a great job empowering each other to be flexible and create work life balance. We prioritize and communicate honestly about capacity so that everyone feels appropriately aligned to a body of work and isn't overwhelmed. We prioritize projects so people can focus on what matters.
