
Work on building trust. Less autocracy and micromanagement.
Leadership is not strong. Goals are not clear. Mentorship is missing.
Add transparency, work on including people, providing background, better on-boarding of the new people.
Demotivated people, many stay only for money. Ideas are not shared. People feel unappreciated. -> Listen to people, let them implements the ideas in form of experiments. This may lead to significant improvements that would benefit everyone. Give purpose and a direction.
