What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and friendly, and upper management meets with entry and mid level frequently. Very accessible executives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more of a conversation than an interview. I felt very comfortable and interviewed with three people in total.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do fast-paced work, get plenty done in one work day and being able to work near people I consider friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open, no desks, cool works areas, game room, fully packed break rooms with amazing snacks, active people, young coworkers with cool social lives. Lots of company outings and happy hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone loves being part of the company. It is a team of young, excited people giving the company their time and effort because we collectively want to see it grow and succeed.
