What needs to change to make the company culture better?

As stated the mafia like culture. To many laws being broken.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Here at CA1 Perris the coworker are not the issue. The issue is managers and directors. Using the meetings to insult and condescend people instead of discussing production and building a safe culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop violating california labor laws such as briebing injured associates with free furniture via safety raffles, violating california meal premium laws by asking hourly associates production/ work related questions while on lunch and breaks and running a mafia like culture using intimidation tactics

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Safety and meal premium violations. No need to brieb the associate to keep hush with monthly safety raffle of free furniture. They profit both by saving on displsing the items and keeping the injured associates hushed. If their is a reported injury the raffle is cancelled until the following month.
