It is very much fluff. Many of the activities are not beneficial to the employees like the company wants to make them out to be. Weekly coaching is overkill when I am performing above metrics consistently. instead, I should be given the time to focus on me.

Hourly pay is good for what I do.

When we are actually fully staffed.

It is hard to interact with them, so I don't really know them, but we always have each others backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is very little that is positive; they do give you the autonomy to help the customer in any way you can -- that is the most positive about the environment.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It would be better to just be able to talk to current agents in my position to really have a feel for the job and the flow. Managers really do not know what it is like to be the ones who are called upon to do the job.
