Wayfair has an overt compensation philosophy to pay at or below median for all roles.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe the leadership team is world-class and taking Wayfair to be the future category killer of home goods retail.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think people fit into the Wayfair people factory quite well. It's just a dull factory with dull jobs for dull people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is a winner and there is no doubt about that. So when you work here, you are at the company that is eating the category.
