What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Quarterley parties, pod outings, sports leagues, and the relationships I've developed outside of my team through the activities I listed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's more about the ranking structure than actual compensation. I feel as though the ranking structure has specific flaws that cause unwarranted issues across our department. The ranking system undermines a team concept and getting people to work together.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lack of support to retain assistant managers and other key team members, and trying to deal with a fast paced environment. Also ranking team members against each other seems like a terrible way to build a team/company first atmosphere. I think it's backward thinking.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I enjoyed the relationship I had with most of Managers for the first four years of my employment, but recently we've received a hiring freeze even with our team losing two key contributors. Also transparency has since gone out the window in the past 7 months.
