What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really the like the flexibility and the open floor plan. I love how everyone is out in the open together including managers. It calls for transparency an the ability to talk and solve problems in real time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone brings something different to the table. We are all able to learn from one another. They make the days, weeks and the months. Everyone has each others back but also we are able to challenge one another to be the best that we can!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think for the amount of work we have here at Wayfair and the amount of time, effort, and growth we experience we deserve to be paid more. I have friends in the industry and I know my salary does not inline with where they are, it is significantly lower.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No matter what level you are at you are valued. It is a very open collaborative environment and you are looked at as a valuable asset. If you make a mistake you are not looked down upon it is a learning lesson and they want you to get back up and keep going.
