My experience at wayfair has been good. Had really good managers who were supportive and was able to bring the best in you. On the flip side, I had really bad ones who didn't have any experience or domain knowledge to lead a team and they were hired simply because they had an MBA.

There’s a lot of politics that can put a damper on you making an impact. There’s still a boys club culture and they hire people like minded. The storefront team is marketing team no real products and the OPI team is more product and experience focu
